Apricots have always been one of my favourite fruits, and this Apricot Jam is my way of sharing that love with you. I use fresh apricots from trusted local farmers, carefully cooked in small batches to bring out their bright, tangy flavour.

It’s all-natural, with no artificial additives—just simple ingredients that let the fruit shine. Whether you’re enjoying it on toast or using it as a glaze, I hope it adds a bit of sunshine to your day.
